To my friends and all who cherish liberty in Iowa,
It is ironic that a mid-western state like Iowa has some of the most oppressive gun laws in the country. When the vast majority of states have “shall issue” concealed carry laws Iowa still lags behind with a “may issue” system that requires an annual renewal.
While there are many good sheriffs in the state, this is a system that allows numerous sheriffs the option to deny many law abiding people in Iowa their God-given and constitutionally guaranteed right of self defense for no reason.
It is time for those who love and cherish freedom to stand up and fix this broken system.
I am happy to announce that there is a no-compromise 2nd Amendment group fighting aggressively in your state for your right to keep and bear arms.
Iowa Gun Owners is the only organization that takes a committed no compromise stance towards your gun rights. This session they have introduced a Vermont style “Real Right to Carry Bill” into the House with the goal being that law abiding citizens don’t need the permission of a government official to carry a gun for self-defense.
I encourage all who love liberty and freedom to join and support Iowa Gun Owners! Now is the time for people to mobilize and take back their freedoms before more and more layers of government regulation are added to them.
Iowa Gun Owners understands the dire situation that many in Iowa are in and it is with enthusiasm that I encourage all in Iowa to join this organization.
