The Radical Left has declared open war on Christians, whites, conservatives, and anyone who dares to stand for freedom in America.

They are shooting up schools and churches.

They murdered Charlie Kirk.

They’re attacking ICE facilities.

And this isn’t going to end, either.

That’s why it is critical that our Republican majorities here in Des Moines stop playing defense and go all in. The pendulum swings both ways — and when it swings back to the Left, it’s going to be brutal.

The only way to protect gun owners for the long haul is to secure as much freedom as possible while we still can.

That’s why we need the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA).

SAPA is very simple: it tells the next commie in the White House (think AOC or Gavin Newsom) that Iowa cops enforce Iowa laws, not federal gun control.

• If the feds want to try to grab AR-15s or 30-round mags, they’ll have to use their own manpower.
• If a city like Des Moines violates SAPA and helps enforce federal gun control, gun owners can take them to civil court for damages. These are real ‘teeth.’
• SAPA shields pro-gun cops from being forced by liberal chiefs to enforce unconstitutional orders.
• SAPA is constitutional, it’s backed by Supreme Court precedent, and it will protect both gun owners and law enforcement.

But it won’t happen unless we flood Des Moines with petitions demanding passage. And now is the time. The Left is hell bent on destroying our country — the GOP needs to act!
