Major 8th Circuit Ruling on Guns & Marijuana!

The fight over gun rights and marijuana use has been brewing for well over a decade, and it’s by no means settled ground.

Some say if you use marijuana for any reason — including medicinal purposes and in accordance with state law — you should be stripped of your Second Amendment rights.

Others say that denying gun rights over marijuana is a blatant infringement on your constitutional freedoms, and the federal government is weaponizing 922(g)(3) to entrap gun owners.

There have been conflicting court opinions on this over the years…

…but a brand-new ruling from the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals is blazing a trail that could have nationwide impact!

That’s why I just produced this video analyzing U.S. v. Cordova Perez. This case could easily wind up in the United States Supreme CourtWatch the video below.

This video covers:

👉 The details of the Perez case (Iowan accused of drug crimes.)

👉 The relevant SCOTUS cases here: Bruen and Rahimi.

👉 The court’s comments on drug possession vs violent crime.

👉 How the 8th Circuit’s decision differs from other Circuits.

If you care about gun rights, you need to see this.

After you watch, I hope you’ll consider making a generous donation to stand with us as we continue fighting for the Second Amendment in the legislature, the culture, and the courts.

We’re staying in the fight every single day — but we can’t do it without you.
