I know we’ve been talking a lot about the Supreme Court’s decision to take up the issue of the so-called ‘Assault Weapons Ban’ lately — but we’ve been waiting for this for decades!
Last week, we filed our Amicus Brief on behalf of the members of Iowa Gun Owners, urging the Court to strike down these bans. (You can read that here.)
Now I’m happy to report that the Supreme Court has officially scheduled oral arguments in this case for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2!
The stakes really couldn’t be higher.
With the Left all but openly admitting their goal of disarming all of us, a decision from the Supreme Court could prevent that and strike down the bans in the twelve states that already have these laws on the books!
And in the wake of their 2022 Bruen decision, there has never been a better time to make this challenge that right now.
The Supreme Court uses a lottery system to award a limited number of courtroom seats. I’ve applied for seats for myself and several others on my team. It would be amazing to watch this historic argument in person.
But you can also line up outside the Court for public seating, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Feel free to contact us if you decide you would like to attend!
