Congressman Eric Burlison of Missouri has just introduced the REPEAL THE NFA  ACT (H.R. 450) that would repeal the 90-year old National Firearms Act!

Joining Rep. Burlison in cosponsoring H.R. 450 are Congressmen Matt Gaetz (FL), Andy Biggs (AZ), Mary Miller (IL), Andy Ogles (TN), Barry Moore (AL), Mark Alford (MO), and Paul Gosar (AZ).

We’re pleased to report that our national affiliate, the American Firearms Association, worked hand in hand with Rep. Burlison and his staff to introduce this historic legislation.

Anti-gun presidents like Joe Biden and deep state bureaucrats at the ATF use the National Firearms Act (NFA) to ban, harass, and generally attack our Second Amendment rights.

Most recently, Biden, Merrick Garland and ATF head Steve Dettelbach are using the NFA as a justification for their unconstitutional “pistol brace” rule, which will make criminals out of nearly 40 million American gun owners.

The ATF’s own website says: “As the legislative history of the law discloses, its underlying purpose was to curtail, if not prohibit, transactions in NFA firearms.”

Rep. Burlison’s bill would REPEAL the NFA!
